When we first did the Whole 30 program a couple of years ago, I had some people over for the weekend and made this Sausage and potato casserole for brunch. EVERYONE loved it and we all said it is the perfect casserole to serve for breakfast, lunch or even dinner! Besides shredded potatoes and ground sausage we add baby spinach, some mushrooms, onions, eggs and seasonings along with broth and coconut cream and almond milk. It all works really well and is super tasty too!
Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a crust forms and the center doesn’t give when you press it. We will precook this half way for you and all you’ll do is complete at home.
