We typically make shepherd’s pie (ground beef mixture) but when I came across this Whole 30 recipe and read the ingredients, I knew it would be a winner. Lots of fabulous seasonings and the typical pot pie vegetables but we sub out coconut milk and ghee and it will just work!!
2 cups – 324 calories, 13 grams fat, 32 carbs, 20 grams protein
Heat in a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. If you want the potatoes extra crunchy and brown, run them under the broiler for a few minutes after you’ve baked it.
