I think this ranks in my top ten favorite foods of all times. I got this recipe from my fabulous friend, Amy Jasso. She’s a great cook! And she got it from her mom’s church cookbook so you know if those ladies put it in a church cookbook it’s going to be GLORIOUS! This is one of those that we crave – and it’s full of surprises, like using black eyed peas instead of beans! Please try it – I know you’ll be hooked like I am.
