All the great taste without the meat. Instead we’ll do a red sauce but have all kinds of great veggies in it – squash, carrots, zucchini, eggplant. Whatever is freshest in the market that day. Still loaded with cheese it’s gooey and creamy and it’s a wonderful way to get your kids to eat their vegetables!!!
375 degrees covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes. If freezing, please allow an additional 30-45 minutes of cook time if you haven’t defrosted it first.
