This is my mother-in-law’s recipe and it’s one that doesn’t have short cuts either. I follow her directions to a T. They’re super sweet and super silky. You have three ways to order it: Plain (only the sweetest souffle ever). Second choice is topped with marshmallows (a way to get kids of all ages to eat them) and then finally mom’s way of raisins and pecans on top (with a little extra brown sugar crumble)
- Small for 2 people
- Medium for 4 people
- Large for 8 people
Place in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. If you have leftovers, they all freeze really well. To reheat from frozen state, please keep them covered and cook for about 50-60 minutes. It all depends on how your oven heats up.
