In my top three best sellers, these stuffed peppers are unlike anything you’ve ever had! We grind our own chicken (hormone and antibiotic free) and then mix it with quinoa, black forbidden rice, red rice, tons of vegetables, seasonings and bind it together with tomato sauce and cheese. We only use red, yellow or orange bell peppers as they are so meaty and delicious!!
350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the peppers are heated through and the cheese is melted.
