Description
NOTHING screams the south like a good old plate of smothered chicken – and we do this dish up right. We take the time to lightly flour the chicken and saute it for color, add a bunch of Vidalia Sweet Onions, and simmer it all in chicken stock. We serve it with a side of delicious rice pilaf.
Heating instructions:
Reheat at 375 degrees covered for 20-25 minutes or until it’s hot throughout.
