This was developed by a then 7 year old boy and I was blown away the first time I had it. It’s like a kicked up avocado bruschetta with worldy flavors of some sesame oil, red onion, tomatoes and cucumber. It’s great!

Heating instructions:
Reheat the salmon on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Top with the bruschetta
