This is a very special gumbo and it solves all the world problems in a bowl. I worked hard at making this perfect, without overcooking the seafood. It took years of practice! It contains jumbo shrimp, plump oysters, fish (red snapper) and then all the goodness of a really flavorful roux, with a shrimp stock as the liquid. If you love seafood, this gumbo is for you!!! Comes with rice to soak up the flavorful broth.
Heating Instructions:
Reheat in saucepan on top of stove. Put rice in bottom of bowl and top with Gumbo.
