This has a cult following! It really is that good and we love to serve it in the fall. I got this recipe from my good friend Amy and she got it from her mom’s church cookbook. That says it all. But Italian sausage, cream, pumpkin and fresh sage are cooked together and then we serve it with penne pasta so you can catch all the delicious sauce in the nooks and crannies! SO GOOD.
Reheat in a skillet on top of the stove, stirring all the time until it’s heated through
