My father in law was the plainest eater on the planet, but he LOVED a good Salmon Cake! I do too!! This is an old recipe – it was Aunt Sidney’s on my husbands side. Made with lots of love and has tons of flavor and personality!! Served with twice baked potatoes (no meat in potatoes) and green beans.
Heating instructions:
Reheat salmon cakes and potatoes on cookie sheet in 375 degree oven until hot. Green beans on top of stove.
