Nothing screams New Orleans like our red beans and rice! This is usually a staple on “wash day” which was always on Monday’s. Families all over New Orleans put on a big pot of red beans, with meaty ham hocks and andouille sausage. Ours is as traditional as it comes – and the beans cook all day so they are so incredibly tender and full of flavor!
Heating instructions:
Reheat red beans on top of stove. Microwave the rice or heat in a skillet on top of stove as well. Enjoy!
