Enjoy my Pork loin braised in milk with creamy polenta! This is probably in my top ten most favorite dishes ever. We slow cook pork loin in milk which makes it completely tender and melt in your mouth delicious. I never thought it would be good until I tried it. I love it so much that I suggest it as an option at weddings!! And the guests rave every time we offer it! We serve it over our creamy polenta which is a meal in itself.
