We’ve hired an awesome cook from Philadelphia and so today is the day for him to shine! I’m so excited to offer authentic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches to you – but we use provolone and not Cheese Whiz. We’ll also have some sautéed onions in it to kick it up a notch. Served with pasta salad.
