The only recipe of mine that I’m in a few cookbooks with it! I really can’t take credit. My friend Anna made it one time 25 years ago when we were having a house party in the NC mountains. John and I took it back to Charlotte and ate this salad every single day for a year. And we are still getting the rave reviews all these years later. This is PERFECT for the holidays! Crisp apples, toasted pecans, sliced red onion, mixed greens, blue cheese and a sweet and sour vinaigrette that will knock your socks off.
