I have never put this on the menu before but I made it for a party and everyone begged me to add it to our assortment of offerings. Peas, bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, a little red onion and an amazing dressing! I first had this when Eli was born and my next door neighbor brought me dinner. I’ve been making it for 19 years. Y’all will love it!!
