When we went to Venice I fell in love with ALL the seafood but when I had a taste of this Pasta with pink shrimp sauce I promptly made our waiter give me the recipe! In broken English I got the jist of it and we’ve been making it ever since. It’s not a vodka sauce – it’s a true Pink tomato and cream and butter sauce with poached shrimp and pasta. I love it and you will too!
Reheat in a skillet on top of stove, stirring to not break up the sauce until warmed throughout.
