When my boys were little, I bet I made this for them at least once a week! It’s AMAZING. They’re called Pasta Roses because we take lasagna noodles, then we place ham and fontina cheese on the lasagna noodles and roll them up. Standing up they look like beautiful roses. They’re served on a bed of a pink tomato sauce that is to die for. Delicate and filling, this is definitely one for all ages.
Reheat covered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
