Parmesan crusted pork chops are the bomb! My friend first gave me this recipe when we lived in Charlotte and I would make them a LOT. Sometimes I’d serve them with potatoes, sometimes with a great fresh salad, but the best times were when I took the time to make some homemade stuffing (dressing). Sort of like Thanksgiving year round. This is the way I’ll serve them to you. They’re delicious. The parmesan cheese gives them a nice crust yet stays juicy and tender inside. Try it - you’ll like it!
