I love a great spinach salad served with warm bacon dressing! It’s a quintessential classic salad and you just don’t see them on the menu very often anymore. Ours is traditional with a tiny twist – baby spinach, bacon, hard boiled eggs, and mushrooms is the original. Only thing I do differently is add some mandarin oranges. I find the tart sweetness goes SO WELL with my homemade Hot Bacon Dressing. This is perfect to have for pasta night!
Heat the dressing up either on top of the stove in a sauce pan or microwave it until it’s hot. Pour over the salad until it just begins to wilt and enjoy immediately.
