Taken from one of my favorite omelets "the country club" this crustless quiche has ham, turkey, bacon, tomatoes, onions and peppers all mixed together with eggs to form a beautiful casserole. Similar to the skinnytaste version, minus the cheese and we replace cream with almond milk! Serve hot, cold, or at room temp - it keeps all week in the fridge.
