My sister is from Joplin, Missouri. I think I’ve told you before but if I Haven’t they have some of the best cooks and some of the best recipes we have are from that wonderful small town that is the heartbeat of America. We used to go visit her every summer and we were treated like royalty. One of my favorite things they did was a 4th of July Flag Raising ceremony – a wonderful tradition where friends would gather and together raise the flag on the most patriotic day of the year, all the time sipping mimosas and nibbling on some of the best treats in America. This coffee cake is inspired from the Joplin flag raising ceremony. Why take the time to make one homemade when we can do it for you?
Individual is $13.00 and feeds 2-3, Half is $24.00 and feeds 4-6, a full is $48 and feeds 8-12. YUM!
