Description
This dish is a must on everyone’s Thanksgiving table and our potatoes are no exception. We have gone through probably 1000 pounds of potatoes every Thanksgiving. I assign one person to this job and that is there only job! But when it comes to the gravy that is all me. It takes a good whisk and a nice roux to make the base of our giblet gravy but the effort is well worth it!
- Small for 2 people
- Medium for 4 people
- Large for 8 people
Reheating Instructions:
Place in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. If you have leftovers, they all freeze really well. To reheat from frozen state, please keep them covered and cook for about 50-60 minutes. It all depends on how your oven heats up.
