Union square café will forever be one of my most favorite restaurants in New York. I was so sad after it closed down, but they had an amazing run. Mama Roman’s Baked Lemon Chicken is one of the staple dishes – it’s chicken breasts baked with lemon and onions, some wonderful broth, and served with creamy mashed potatoes. Whenever we have this dish on the menu, you guys go crazy. It’s THAT good!
