Our Lo Mein is really great! We found a source for fresh lo mein noodles and that makes all the difference in the world. Filled with the standard vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, and cabbage) and then you have your choice of protein: Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, or vegetarian (then I’ll add lots more of the Chinese style veggies – bamboo shoots, bok choy, etc.) The homemade sauce is free of all unnecessary preservatives so the flavor shines.
Reheat the Lo Mein in a skillet on top of the stove, stirring until hot and bubbly!
