I can’t believe I am actually going to say this but I tried cauliflower grits and they were good. As many of you know, one of our signature dishes is our shrimp and grits. We will always have that on the menu but for some of us, we are cutting back on the carbs and the dairy and we found a way to make the cauliflower really shine. The shrimp will be my classic Shrimp recipe with the bacon, mushrooms, green onions, parsley but the entire dish will change with our cauliflower grits. Try it!!! You’ll like it! You can even add chicken if you prefer.
