This meatloaf recipe looks and tastes exactly like a classic meatloaf but with very little carbs and enough fat to make it work. Ground beef is the base and we’ve just ordered a sugar free ketchup so we can use it for the meatloaf! We’ll give you lots of fresh vegetables sautéed in butter to help boost the fat.
