Description
This is our regular Eastern NC Style BBQ but instead of the beans and slaw we are going to serve it with a jumbo giant summer salad. Salads are such a pain to make so most people just throw some lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes on a plate and reach for jarred dressing. I cannot fathom the taste of bottled dressings so I’m making my sweet Dijon vinaigrette to go with it. The mustard flavor will be perfect with the vinegary bbq sauce!
