Made the same way ad our Hatch Chile Pork and Hominy stew but with chicken, the flavors are still just as intense but with a different protein!
This is THE most amazing stew you will ever have. I love it so much but unfortunately I can only offer it a couple of times a year when the Hatch chiles are in season. Hatch chilies are from an area in New Mexico and they are subtle but the most flavorful chile you will ever encounter.
Topped off with radishes, it is truly a taste unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to share it with you!!!
Reheat in a saucepan on top of the stove
