Description
This salad is absolutely one of my favorites!! It’s all the brightest and freshest vegetables in the market right now – heirloom tomatoes, tri color peppers, avocado, crunchy cucumbers and this amazing cilantro lime vinaigrette. We add Monterey jack cheese and black olives and then top it with crunchy tortillas. You can make an amazing meal out of just this salad!!!
