This is a specialty of mine and we usually don’t offer them because jumbo lump crab meat is super expensive. People tell me my crab cakes are fantastic because there is virtually no filler – just delicious crab and a bit of a binder. Delicate yet substantial. Served with twice baked potatoes (no meat in potatoes) and green beans.
Reheat crab cakes and potatoes on cookie sheet in 375 degree oven until hot. Green beans on top of stove.
