This is fast becoming almost tied with our classic lasagna. We use chicken breasts and make an Alfredo sauce then mix in delicious chunks of artichokes and some spinach. All the same cheese though – the ricotta mixture and mozzarella. It’s fabulous!
375 degrees covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes. If freezing, please allow an additional 30-45 minutes of cook time if you haven’t defrosted it first.
