This recipe hands down is one of my families favorites! Imagine yourself hunched over at one of the many stand up locations for Italian beef in Chicago – the juice running down your arms as you scarf into delicious and tender beef. We make our own Giradiana to go with it and it will be served with pasta salad. Order individual 9 inch sandwiches and Indulge!
