Description

Still a fan favorite, we have perfected our original recipe and have added so many additions to it as well. We start by braising pork shoulders low and slow in a mixture of orange, garlic, cumin, jalapeno and other seasonings until it just falls apart. Then we flash fry them so they are crispy but still tender. We serve them on a bed of that amazing rice with tangerine, lime, cilantro and it’s just SO GOOD! You might want to choose spaghetti squash as your base to save on carbs, and we then have seasoned black beans, homemade sassy salsa, and it’s topped with cheese and sour cream and green onions come on the side. If porks not your thing we have a chicken option, and a vegetarian option too.

Heating Instructions

Remove the sour cream and onions and then re-heat covered on 350 until hot.
