A 5 pound tenderloin, cooked to medium rare. Indicate if you want us to slice it for sandwiches or to keep it whole for you to reheat and slice. Served with yeast rolls and homemade horseradish cream.
Preheat oven to 385°. Place in oven covered for 30 minutes. Check temperature in thickest part of tenderloin 145° medium.
