One of our favorite salads! This hodgepodge salad starts with sliced heirloom tomatoes and European cucumbers then we add ALL kinds of veggies that you’ll find on an antipasti tray – roasted red peppers, an assortment of olives, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, banana peppers – it’s like a bunch of jewels you keep finding! Served with this delicious and tangy homemade champagne vinaigrette – it is a party in your mouth! We just leave it out and everyone picks, and picks and picks! Get the toothpicks ready!
