Tuesday is my delicious German Day. Grab some Schnitzel or Goulash or even some healthy Jagerschnitzel – yummm! Wednesday is a BIG Casserole Day to help stock your freezers! We’ve pulled out some oldies but goodies we haven’t made for a little while. And of course, there are still some favorite casseroles available. Thursday is that day we wait for all year!! It’s finally time to pull out those large hats, grab some money for fun betting with friends and try a Mint Julep or two – my famous Kentucky Derby Day! I know many of you can’t wait to order my Kentucky Burgoo (traditional stew) or Benedictine Dip (cucumber and cream cheese spread) or sweet Derby Pie!!
