Christmas Heating Instructions

Funeral Rolls

From Fridge or frozen – 375 degrees in the foil for about 30 minutes (a bit longer from frozen).  Should be gooey and warm

Asparagus Rollups

Place on a cookie sheet and reheat at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes

Bacon Rollups

Place on a cookie sheet and reheat at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes

Sausage and Vegetarian breakfast casserole

350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15

Chicken and waffles breakfast casserole

350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15

Sausage Gravy and biscuits

You can heat the gravy on top of the stove or in the microwave and reheat the biscuits in the oven (400) until hot. I would keep the biscuits at room temperature.

Jumbo Lump Crab Dip

375 degrees covered for 30 -40 minutes.  I always uncover mine for an additional 10-15 to sort of brown it up.

Seafood Cheesecake

Serve at room temperature or you can warm back in the oven.  Serve the creole sauce along side of it.

Asparagus souffle

350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot

Beef Tenderloin

Bring beef back to room temperature. If you requested us to slice it, I recommend keeping it at room temperature but if you want it hot, keep it covered and heat in a hot oven for just a few minutes.  If you’ve left it whole, bring the beef back to room temperature.  Preheat your oven to 500 degrees and cook for exactly 12 minutes.  Remove and immediately cover it with foil to rest for 20 minutes.  Slice into ½ inch slices.  Reheat the yeast rolls for 5 minutes.  Serve with the horseradish cream sauce.

Cornish Game Hens

Reheat uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  These should be cooked almost all the way through already.  But double check.  The leg will wiggle when it’s done! Those little feisty hens…haha 🙂

Christmas Lasagna

375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.  Keep it covered and then uncover for last 15 minutes

Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Heat mashed potatoes covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Heat gravy on top of stove.

Shrimp Scampi

475 degrees for 5 minutes.  I recommend bringing the scampi back to room temperature

Spinach Madeline

375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly

Corn pudding

375 degrees for 20-30 minutes

Sage dressing

375 degrees for 20-30 minutes

Green bean casserole

375 degrees for 20-30 minutes

Twice Baked Potatoes

Place on cookie sheet – 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or so.  They are delicious!!

Happy New Year!!!!!  Enjoy your holidays.
