You can heat the gravy on top of the stove or in the microwave and reheat the biscuits in the oven (400) until hot. I would keep the biscuits at room temperature.
375 degrees covered for 30 -40 minutes. I always uncover mine for an additional 10-15 to sort of brown it up.
Serve at room temperature or you can warm back in the oven. Serve the creole sauce along side of it.

Bring beef back to room temperature. If you requested us to slice it, I recommend keeping it at room temperature but if you want it hot, keep it covered and heat in a hot oven for just a few minutes. If you’ve left it whole, bring the beef back to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees and cook for exactly 12 minutes. Remove and immediately cover it with foil to rest for 20 minutes. Slice into ½ inch slices. Reheat the yeast rolls for 5 minutes. Serve with the horseradish cream sauce.
Reheat uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. These should be cooked almost all the way through already. But double check. The leg will wiggle when it’s done! Those little feisty hens…haha 🙂
